Here at DPL Kitchens, we use nothing but the best materials available to manufacture your new kitchen cabinets.

When comparing our products with any other supplier, please be aware that you may not be offered a similar standard carcass. It’s important to know the difference when making the comparison.

Our Cabinets are made entirely out of 18mm melamine faced chipboard manufactured by Egger or Kronospan (the highest density and strongest board you can get).

We do not use 8mm backs or rails anywhere on any of our cabinets and we never use flexible hardboard backs, which can be found on many of the high street DIY outlets carcasses.

We also match your cabinets to the colour of the door you choose, in order to achieve a much higher quality, all round finish to your new kitchen. This eliminates the need for end panels to hide unsightly non matched cabinet ends.

Hinges

At DPL we fit as standard what we consider to be the best cabinet door hinge system available. Over the last few years we have tried a number of manufactures and have settled on the blum clip top hinge system which allows the door to close in a gentle manner without any noise on closure no matter how hard you close them.

Other hinge systems offer dampened door closure systems but nothing comes close to the way the blum system works. You will absolutely love it!

Drawer Systems

As with our door closure systems Dpl have adopted the highest quality in soft closing drawer systems as standard on all of our drawer units ensuring that each drawer closes silently and safely every time.

Concealed Wall Hanging Brackets

All our wall units are equipped with concealed wall hanging brackets as standard meaning that you get a cabinet free of any unsightly mechanisms inside, just a beautifully crafted cabinet.
